I’ve never used a curly girl shampoo before. I’ve always had natural waves and ringlets, but they were never defined, and they got frizzy easily and whatever products I used did not give me soft, nicely-shaped, lasting curls. This product is a game changer and they have varieties available on Amazon that they do not have in big box retailers, and those are the ones for curly hair. If I use this, in a little bit of Monday detangling leave-in moisturizer, my hair dries beautifully, no scrunching or special products needed unless I want to build my curls into a style. I have oily hair and this seems to balance it out perfectly and give my thick, color-treated hair everything it needs.

Smells nice and like the way my hair cleans.

This shampoo is great I have no complaints about it but unfortunately when I got the bottle about a fourth of it was empty I'm a little disappointed that it came missing that much seeing its a new bottle and all.This has been the only problem with this product so far but I plan to get more.

This shampoo does a fine job of cleaning my hair. I don’t think it is any better than your average shampoo!

I bought the shampoo and conditioner together and found a noticeable difference in my curl definition. My hair is coarse and gray but I've been letting the natural curl do it's thing. I use a curl cream and the bowl method and have been doing that for a while. So when I switched to this shampoo and conditioner, all other factors remained the same so I knew what the effect of this product was on my hair. I will definitely be repurchasing.

I used this product with the conditioner for a few weeks. I immediately noticed my hair was softer and had a clean shine to it after the first wash. The shampoo cleaned my scalp and hair well, and I continued my normal hair wash schedule with it. After a few weeks, I noticed my waves were more noticeable and little curls emerge throughout my hair. The fragrance is light, but I've been complimented on how my hair smells good!
