Quality product ,very comfortable
Although the packing was a lil squished but the product is very goodI have to use it for long hoursgood thing is it does not cause heat on the ears (of-course i take it off in between and put it on back when i get calls)the cushion is very good quality i think it does most of the job to make it comfortablealso the sound quality is also good i listen to music on it some times and it sounds way better than logitech or jabra that i was using earlier. Its not bose level but its much better than its competition.

Ok wire quality but good for meetings and working in noisy environment
Build quality is not upto the mark for the price of 6.5k. Cable is very thin may not last for 2 years warranty period. Otherwise, it is good. Mic is good and sound quality is also good for calling. I would recommend to go for wireless ones if budget permits or go for lower priced wired headphones so that atleast you can afford replacement incase wire breaks.

Noise cancellation not working. Customer service is saying contact manufacturer and they are also not helping. This is pathetic from Amazon and very frustrating

Sound is good, clarity of microphone is also good..but
I bought this headphone for my work from home job. I was looking for something which was comfortable and will not compromise on sound and microphone. After I received the product, it came in a black net case (it was a case, not a pouch). I loved the varieties of connectivity available. 3.5mm, usb-c, usb a, all were there.Started with my calling the first day. Sound was crisp, could hear prominently, but unfortunately the microphone started to catch wind sound from the fan. The so mentioned noise cancelling mic failed and I had to return the item. If the mic was good, everything else seemed perfect. Cannot say anything about a long term review anymore.So if you don't use fan, specially high speed fans, you are good to go.

Overall a good product if you are ready to pay the premium price
- This is a good product & comfortable to use.- One thing to consider is the overall volume through the C type & USB output is little less.- 3.5mm jack output has good volume- Overall this is an all-round headset & can say it's on a little costlier side though.- Good one for meetings
