Q: Which full face model provides the highest level of protection ? Do they include 3m filters ? What number filter?

All of the included respirators will fully protect your face and lungs. The filtration provided comes down to the filters being used. Each of the masks come with a Type 3 filter that is equivalent to a 3M N95 filter.

Q: Would this work with TB?

Yes, it will, ignore the other posters who say otherwise. If you have N95 or better equivalent cartridges, then you have better protection than a medical N95 mask, as this type of mask will seal far better. That said, if this mask isn't certified by the FDA/CDC (or whoever in the world does that), then you may not be allowed to wear it in a workplace where you're exposed to TB due to certification requirements. Regardless, it WILL protect you as well as the certified masks so long as you use the appropriate filters.

Q: Would this mask protect against nuclear fallout with the included filter if not which filter is recommended?

Nuclear fallout would create many more problems than a respirator alone can solve, from radiation that could contaminate any food or water sources in the surrounding environment, to longer term effects on the climate that could kill due to disruption of food chains.

Q: Can women and children use this mask

I am a woman, I bought a mask for myself. She is great. For a slightly older child, it will also be good.
