Beautifully made and excellent Customer Service if needed
**update 6 months on**The Velcro straps started to fray on the foot peddles so I contacted Customer Service- Kaya on the team was exceptional - no hesitation in sending out replacement straps which arrived within a week. On top of that she, without asking, gave us an £18 credit to our account for the inconvenience. Absolutely lovely company to work with as well as having a superb rowing machine so I highly recommend. This Rower is an absolute steal for the price and is superb. Very easy to put together and super quiet when being used. Lovely comfortable seat and sitting position. The accompanying App Bluetooth’s seamlessly every time and the training section has numerous challenges if you’re interested or you can just row on a tropical lake or paradise isle by yourself to great music or just link it to the training and listen to your own. It also links to your activities and health app to track your daily progress. If you email Customer Service with your purchase details you can extend your warranty for another year and get lifetime free access to the training app and they are very quick to respond and super helpful. Once done rowing you just lift it up and wheel it to its storage position - no faffing about having to fold it or anything. I can’t recommend this rower enough - fabulous value and quality.

Great value rower
This machine is excellent value and a great addition to your home gym.It is very easy to install with minimal effort. The seat is comfortable and the build quality is very good for the price. It's reasonable compact and has enough resistance for your home gym and you can get a decent workout from it. It comes with a nice app, various different workouts and classes. There are a few negatives though:The feet are not fixed so swivel as you row. Although there is a bar to keep your heel in place but it's not fixed. The handle bar does not go back enough. It does not go past your feet like in a professional rower. So if your looking for good but cheap rower for a bit of cardio, this is great. But if want a professional rower like they have in Gyms, then this is not for you.Apart from that, it's an excellent product.

Good quality product
First time out of the box, impressed with the build quality, very good for the price point. Very easy to put together, instructions are very clear. Practical design for storage, colour combination is quite stylish. Super quiet when used for the first time. Based on experience ideal for home use. Looking forward to adding this to our weekly home program.

Perfect rower for me
This machine is brilliant. It has a damper setting from 1-16, and works flawlessly. It was very easy to put together, and a little tip, instead of using the provided key for the bolts, use a T30 Torx and an electric screwdriver, makes it miles quicker. The machine is very quiet and the little screen is quite easy to see as long as you’re not in direct sunlight. I’m 114 kgs and the machine holds me with no worries at all. All in all I’d definitely recommend this tower.

Good for the price I guess.
Like this rowing machine and was easy to put together. The only thing is the little display screen is really hard to see the text is very dull against a dark screen even I changed the batteries and put brand new batteries in, it didnt improve. Also it is not as silent as expected, strongly the sound comes from the seat running along the rail rather than the row pull. But its a good price so I guess its good enough.

Very quiet and good quality
I have been using it every day for almost 4 months now. It works really well with a wide range of resistance suitable for the daily training requirements. It's very quiet but I have to say the only useful statistics is the rowing count. The other measurements such as calories doesn't seem to be affected by the resistance setting. The rowing machine is quite easy to assemble.

Really good
This is really quite good. Even level 1 offers some resistance that I felt I could keep it at and still get some cardio in. Obviously the level would need to be higher to strength train the back. This connects to the apps as mentioned but it also connects to exr which I was surprised at. It did say that the device is not supported and may cause issues. However I didn't have any issues with the free stuff on there. I do plan to subscribe at some point. The footplates swivel which is a negative feature. So much power is lost. The feet straps don't seem to secure my feet enough and the heal strap is too shallow and doesn't keep my heals in place. I do have small feet at 6.5 mens uk. But it still should be better designed to hold the feet better. I tried without shoes but it was looser and hurt the back of my heals. I may need to have a brain storm to problem solve. For this issue I deducted a star because it does effect the rowing. The stroke is shorter than a full rowling stroke which is a common problem with budget rowers.I followed the qr code to instalation video on YouTube but it was different to the build materials provided. The book had good instructions though.I watched YouTube reviews before purchasing and one thing they don't mention is what powers the digital control. I assumed batteries that can be changed but they are not. The batteries are built in and recharge by your rowing. If left long enough to completely run down there is a usb c port at the back where you can charge it like you would a mobile phone. This is only if the dial is not staying on or is flashing. Otherwise it shouldn't need any charging other than your rowing.I only had a quick look in the merach app and it looks okay. The rower connected very easily. It was quick to build but I took breaks from it to do other things, so I can't put a tme frame on it. That said, I don't think I spent more than 20 active minutes building it.
