This stand is sturdy and solid. And looks nice as well!
This stand arrived in two boxes. One for the base stand and one for the second keyboard holder.Assembly was straight forward and I didn't need the instructions to put it together...but I did look at them afterwards to make sure I didn't miss anything. For the price, this is an amazing deal! I have it holding 3 of my keyboards (one is behind the other on the bottom part that I don't use much) I'm very pleased with how sturdy both parts are. I have a Yamaha DX7 II-FD on the upper part and it holds that heavy keyboard solidly! And that's a big keyboard! Playing the keyboards, this stand doesn't budge! It's rock solid! If I had to come up with a gripe, it would be that the holes and notches are not marked. So when assembling you need to count how many holes up you put the pegs/screws into so that the stand is level. And on the upper part, the notches to adjust the angle of the keyboard holder. It is not clear where to lock it down so that both sides are even. It does take some fiddling to get it right, but if you're paying attention, it shouldn't be too difficult. Oh, and I wish there was an angle adjustment for the lower keyboard holder. But this is more of a wish-list than a gripe.

Almost perfect keyboard stand
This stand is really solid. It arrives in two boxes. The main stand in one box and the 2nd tier add on in another. I use it in the home studio, but it is really intended for live gigging. It assembles easily and looks great! My only critique is that you cannot adjust the width of the second tier independently from the first tier. So if you want to use a shorter keyboard or device on top, you need to lay a shelf on top and secure the device to the shelf. Not aesthetically perfect, but still a great stand.

Perfect for my home studio
Bought this to replace a single tiered "scissor" stand. Didn't realize how much I hated my old stand till I got this one.My setup is a M-Audio Code61 (bottom), and Roli Rise 49 (top). This stand holds up well for controller keyboards, even with the mild abuse I throw at the Roli. If you have something really heavy, consider a piece of furniture instead.Other honorable mentions... It was easy to put together. Their customer service is polite and responsive.

Great quality sturdy stand -- everything I needed
I have a fairly heavy (50#) digital piano and wanted a stand that would not move or wobble under the weight. This one works great. Very happy with it. It is absolutely solid like a permanent built-in stand. The upper section (for a 2nd lighter synth keyboard) is also good, but kind of fiddly to get the angle brackets on right. But it also seems to be working well so happy there too.

Great product!
We are very happy with this double tier keyboard stand. It holds both our 88 key digital piano and our 61 key synth. The price is great and build quality is better than I expected!

Great stand for large keyboards
This is a great stand that is very stable for large keyboards. I have a Kawai MP11SE that is 72 lbs. (33kg) and is 54 in long and 17-18 in. deep. This stand is very sturdy and holds this piano easily. I like the fact that it is deep enough to hold my piano and still has some room left over to attach the 2nd tier. I give the lower stand 5 stars but I put 4 stars for the combo pack with the 2nd tier for the following--the 2nd tier doesn't adjust width on its own separate from the lower stand. In other words, to have a small keyboard on the 2nd tier you have to make the lower stand really narrow. I want to keep the lower stand wide for 88 keys and then have a narrow 2nd tier for small keyboards or other things. You could maybe add your own board on top to fit whatever you wanted but I think the manufacturer should offer a workable solution built into the unit.
