The Matbc 18650 Rechargeable Battery & Charger set arrived nicely and professionally packaged ina full colour printed cardboard box showing an image of the product.In the set you get 4 18650 batteries in a hard plastic storage/carrying case, a twin charger, a USB charging cable and an instruction leaflet.The 18650 batteries are rated at 3.7 volts, 2800mAh.The twin bay battery charger is fully compatible with both 3.7 volt lithium batteries and 1.2 volt Ni-MH/Ni-CD batteries and will accept cell lengths from 34mm up to 75mm long. Charging current is up to 1000mAh and a 3000mAh 3.7 volt rechargeable battery can be fully charged in as little as 3 hours.Ideal set for anyone using the latest high power LED torches using 18650 batteries.

I found these batteries do the job. Wish i bought the the four battey charger.

I just tested these rechargeable batteries from the Matbc brand, although it’s probably worth noting that the batteries themselves aren’t actually branded at all. They are Li-ion 3.7V 18650 cells that also come with a charger. The batteries are the kind you see in some flashlights, e-bike battery power supplies and many other gadgets that require high-capacity as well as a high discharge rate.My overall impressions with the build-quality is good. They appear to be well-made, and well constructed. So I set about testing them in order to verify the adverts claims that the capacity of these batteries has not been exaggerated. Note that a data sheet for wasn’t supplied.Well, the thing I found was that advertised capacity seems a bit optimistic. My tests showed a little lower capacity, around 2500-2600mAh (see my results below). Still, that's enough for most things but still, they do not match the claimed capacity of 2800mAh. One positive was that the internal resistance was really good, which means they deliver power efficiently, and most likely these are fresh off the production line.These batteries come with a 2-channel charger, which is a shame because all 4 batteries can not be charged at the same time. What is cool about the charger is that it can handle different types of batteries, not just these. It feels sturdy enough, nothing fancy, and has safety features to prevent overheating.So, if you're looking for a solid set of rechargeable batteries for your gadgets, these Matbc ones might be a good option. Just keep in mind the actual capacity might be a touch lower than advertised.Charge - discharge - charge charge 1 cycle @500mA 4.7V cut-off.
