I was very apprehensive about buying this machine as I have always had the leaky Karchers.But it arrived a few days ago, easy setup amazing recoil hose, it's alot more powerful than my karcher k3 was and the snow foam cannister works really well,I'd say it slightly noiser than the k3 but nothing too unbearable.So I'm over the moon with it.

This is an absolute beast of a pressure washer, it has all the fittings and fixtures you need to wall mount it and a super strong hose to connect it up.The motor isn't overly loud and has a smooth start and stop feature.It runs off a standard 13amp socket and didn't get overly warm when in use.The pressure is brilliant and comes with additional nozzles for different spray patterns.The hose is a slow retract and is super long and works very well.I dropped it a star as in it's first use it blew an o-ring on the nozzle end and water came out everywhere, there were no spare orings included which would have been very much appreciated as I feel these will blow due to the pressure. Luckily I have spares and have replaced it successfully myself.Overall a very professional type washer perfect for a garage.

I've been after a pressure washer for some time. So when I was offered this wall mounted one from Giraffe tools for review I was more than happy to try it out.In the box you have the pressure washer with the wall mount, fixings, input hose, foam bottle, lance and nozzle, and some documentation. The pressure washer is a large unit designed for wall mounting. With a 20M retractable hose it should reach most areas of your garden or property. The wall mount can pivot by unlocking the bracket at the top and fresh water feeds from the bottom via a very sturdy hose. The quality seems decent, though the badge on mine came adherer to the body. Now I haven't wall mounted the the washer yet, and that's for one simple reason. The product page, and all of the photos, suggest that this can be mounted outdoors on an exterior wall in the open. However the manual suggests otherwise and there is no IP rating anywhere. This is pretty confusing and essential for a product of this type. Second issue, and a lesser one, the lance is different from the one shown on the product page. The supplied lance is all plastic and has simple swivel nozzle and not the metal one with 4 quick release interchangeable nozzles. However the supplied lance still works well enough and I tested it by cleaning an area of our patio. Even the widest spread cleaned the surface nicely with the tight spray removing all but the most stubborn marks. The pressure washer isn't exactly quiet though and the motor can get quite warm, though not worryingly hot.The price is high but unlike most other washers it offers 20 metres of hose and the convenience of wall mounting, with lots of pressure. But there is lies my main issue. Is it actually weatherproof?

If i could give 0 stars i would. this item broke within a month of purchase (used twice), was told would receive a new replacement unit 4 weeks ago now and still nothing. we have chased & chased to be asked the same questions by the same person who dealt with it originally. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! will be making a claim for a full refund as this is unacceptable as we are now being ignored

The media could not be loaded. After ordering this item i received the Giraffe Tools G20 Grandfalls pressure washer with soft pressure hose. This isn't the item expected but must be a new release model in the Uk. Pleasantly surprised, this model looks more compact.This G20 model has a P115 motor giving maximum pressure of 15MPa, 95 DB noise and a 65ft flexible hose which is fully concealed inside the unit until you retract it. This unit also has a rotatable bracket fixed to itTo install you get a guide for your drill holes to fix your unit to the wall. The bracket does not detach from the unit. It is slightly heavy but has handles on each side for lifting. It is recommended to fix 24 to 32 inches above ground, and it needs to be fixed to a solid wall due to its weight. It is also better placed near your water supply and an electric socket for easy connection.Once fixed to the wall you can connect to your water outlet using the supplied pipe, this fixes on the underside of the unit, then you plug in to the electric point. Thats it, you are ready to go.This is fantastic if fitting into a garage, once fixed it can stay in place, no more dragging out a washer. The retractable lead is brilliant, it locks in place when pulled out and then retracts back into the unit when finished. You could also fit outside but i would imagine a cover would be needed and it is advised to store inside during winter so the motor doesn't get damaged in the cold. You would have to unbolt from the wall to store.Using this pressure washer is very easy, just a dial to turn on and off. the hose extends really far and is a very good hose, soft strong and flexible. You get a soap dispenser included. The noise is ok and similar to other washers i have used. There is a thermal sensor inside which protects the motor from overheating. The fact the unit rotates on the bracket ensures the lead doesn't kink, you can position the unit to face where you are.The pressure is really good, more than enough to clean your car or windows. I used on a patio, and it brought it up cleaner than my previous washer. Really impressed with the cleaning power this gives and how easy it is use. The lead easily retracts back into the unit when you have finished, i did release the pressure inside first by pressing the trigger.Such a convenient pressure washer to have set up in your garage, ready to use straight away when needed. I would definitely recommend, my partner is really happy with this
