This is my review for Enviromedica Terraflora Deep Zen Synbiotic - Spore Based Probiotics and Prebiotics for Gut Health and Mood Support, Organic Soil Based Probiotic Supplement for Men and Women 60 Capsules.This is a well thought out formula. There is a little bit of everything for nighttime all systems relax especially the digestive system. I can say I did get relax benefits, but I am not sure if my digestive system cared at all. I've been taking spore probiotics anyway. It does take a while to get use to them but in the past, they have helped with bloat. The Saffron should help your brain relax and it did for me. The remainder of the ingredients are to support your immune system. As far as recommendation, all I can say is that each one of us is different so to our microbiome. You just have to try it. Give it a couple weeks. Keep a journal making note of the key benefits you would like to receive.If you need some relax support in the evening and if you need relief for your digestive system and want soil-based probiotics or immune system support this is for you. I found these DeepZen capsules easy to swallow. There are 60 capsules at 2 a day equals 1 months' worth of capsules in this bottle. That is a bit pricey for 1 month. Enviromedica states that these are Organic, and made in a cGMP facility. This supplement is also Vegan and Non-GMO. I did not see a reference to 3rd party lab testing. That is probably the most important point to know about a supplement you would like to use. Lastly, I like that the founder introduced himself at the closing of his webpage, but I wish he would have told us a little more about HIS why! There was plenty of conversation about the Mission of his Brand but little about the thing consumers love to identify with... the people who had this idea for a great supplement. I wishthere was a little more transparency here. It helps me understand the trustworthiness of the brand.

Loving it

These are a synbiotic, a mix of a pre-biotic and pro-biotic. Their overarching effect seems to be to deliver some probiotics to the gut, along with some prebiotics for the ride.It's pretty tricky to get probiotics all the way to the parts of the intestine they're needed, as there's tons of stuff along the way - mostly the stomach - that is pretty anti-microbial. This isn't particularly solved by simply plowing more probiotics into the system, or by randomly delivering prebiotics via a pill.The long and the short of it is that if you want a healthier gut, you don't need a pill, you need a healthier lifestyle - notably to increase the amount of insoluable fiber in your diet. Eating things like whole grains, brown rice, beans, legumes, whole fruits, whole vegetables is the way to foster the growth of good stuff in your gut. It's a lot like growing a garden - if you just toss some seeds in the ground but then fail to provide any water or nutrients or sun those seeds aren't going to do anything.Maybe these do work pretty well. They didn't seem to do much for me. Even if they did work, though, without a good diet that's going to maintain a good environment for any of the probiotics that do get through, they're just going to die off if you're eating foods that are bad for your gut (e.g. meat, fat, sugar, white breads, white rice, processed starches, etc).So, it's hard to recommend these without noting that if you want what these are selling the answer is both simpler and more complex, cheaper and more intensive. Eat better. That's really it.For what it's worth, these do seem to be manufactured in the US, which is nice, but not tested for purity, which could be better. That said, there's nothing in these that has any benchmark dosages, so hard to really do much with that.
