Francine French Crepe Mix-makes 20 Sweet Crepes, 13 Oz (4 PACK)

It was good, but my scratch is better - "eggier". One packet will not make 10 crepes. It makes 6 12" using a short 1/2 cup of batter. Don't plan on a whisk being able to blend the batter smooth with no lump. I always, even with scratch, use a fine stainless strainer. Makes for a better spreading of the batter. I subbed out the oil for butter. The directions are in French .... Took me a minute to find the add-on sticker on the side panel.

I come from France and this is what they sell in French supermarkets. It's easy to use and makes great crepes. It felt like I was back in Paris.

The mixes are very good, but the need to translate measures and recipes can be challenging.

Wonderful mix, makes perfect crepes. I don't think I can get 24 out of the box :) More like half that. Instructions on the box are in French. Just add 2.1 cups of milk, 1tbs oil, mix thoroughly, and no need to let the batter sit - ready to use.For my first attempt I smashed up a banana for one crepe; the other, I used low-sugar strawberry jam, powered sugar on top, then inhaled them. You'll never go back to pancakes again.

I wanted to make crepes. I did not know the package would come in French. When I finally figured out what the directions were which still were not very clear, the crepes did not turn out. Just wasted money. Totally disappointed.

Absolutely amazing, perfect for anybody looking for a nice authentic crepe mix!
