Like all Southerners, SNOW is a 4 letter word to me. We do not get it often enough to handle it as gracefully as some northerners. When I saw predictions of 12 inches of snow I started looking on Amazon for anything that could help, this emergency Power supply was perfect. I used it with my Router (DSL line) when I lost power due to the storm, then used it to charge my cell phone. Could I run a heater or anything BIG with it? NO that is not the intention for the item. Right price, right size, right solution to keep me in touch and offer a bit of comfort and distraction during those long quiet hours/days waiting for the power to come back. Highly Recommend!

Works fantastic. I would have given 5 stars if the transformer that came with it charged effectively. My wife has stage 4 COPD and needs it daily. It charged way too slow, taking 36+ hours to fully recharge. I pulled out an old transformer from our junk drawer and all is bliss.

light and handy. works great for what I need which is to power mobile devices, engineering lab projects, laptops, and projectors.

So far so good. I contacted seller about a car charger and seller was very prompt. Haven't taken it camping yet but have charged my phone a half dozen times and ran my tiny USB camp fan.. all worked well... So yeah.. So far so good

I bought this as an emergency battery for my cpap in case of power outage. The description says it had 10 hrs of battery life. The first night I used it, I discovered it shuts off after approximately 60 min requires it be turned back on . This turned off my cpap while I slept. Not acceptable . I cannot recommend for cpap users.

I turned on the AC button , tried different device and the AC output still isn’t working .
