NO ROUND-UP SPRAYED
MAYBE IT IS THE SOIL WHERE IT IS GROWN OR THE RAIN BUT THIS IS BETTER THAN US GROWN WHEAT FOR BREAD. WHY NOT MAKE FRENCH BREAD FROM FRENCH FLOUR? IT DOES NOT BLOAT ME LIKE US FLOUR DOES. IT TASTES DIFFERENT THAN THE STORE FLOUR.

Wheat Intolerant for 12 years this organic French flour causes me no harm!
I first dared to try French flour on Oceania Cruise of the Mediterranean. My husband suggested I check Amazon and I had it delivered when I returned home. How wonderful! It is a dream using this flour, so silky and tasty. This simple Artisan Bread recipe has the best texture and flavor. I was a 4-H Bread Baking Judge and fell sick to wheat.
