Sofamania Mid-Century Modern Linen Fabric Futon, Small Space Living Room Couch (Yellow)

I bought this couch a year ago exactly and I’m now shopping for a new one. At first, I really liked this couch, loved the color and the ability to covert it to a bed, but it didn’t take even 6 months of use before it started to fall apart. The two middle feet have completely broken off, I have two cinder blocks underneath it now to hold it up. The remaining feet are very wobbly and will likely break off any day now. The fabric on the back is very thin, my cats liked to sit on the “shelf” part that supports the back when it’s laid down as a bed, it was torn into a big hole within a couple of months, just from them laying on it. It stains very easily due to the thin, linen fabric, even water leaves a ring. The seats are no longer supportive and sink in when you sit down and the middle part, where it folds over, is very uncomfortable to sit or lay down on. Before I knew how crappy this sofa was, I recommended it to a friend. She bought the same sofa, same color, and had to replace it less than 3 months later because it fell apart that quickly. This may be good for a small office space or a guest room where it isn’t used on a daily basis, but for a living room where it’ll be heavily used, wouldn’t work. Don’t waist your money, trust the reviews.

Prompt delivery!! I could not believe I ordered expects to wait a week or two, nope 2 days later. The old saying applies here. You get what you pay for. All in all for 300$ it is well worth the money, I was amazed at how simple it was to put together, Howeer I over tightened one leg on couch and yes it is now broken, now I can fix it it is a medium level job. If you can cut angles you could fix this and reattach the bottom fabric.So all in all good place to purchase from, prompt delivery and for the cost pretty good product!!

We wanted light grey but it is more of a blueshade. We ordered it for my office/reading room and the size is perfect and it looks cute. However , when my husband was attaching the sides , one of the sides and bolts was wrong so we had to push that side up against the wall so that it will stay in place . It works for now but not cool if we want to move it somewhere else.

Was looking for a couch for my very small but cozy apartment. Couldn’t get a regular couch up the stairs so why not go with a futon. Didn’t want to go cheap like Walmart so I thought I would go with amazon. Found this one and fell in love with the setup but was shortly disappointed. The box that it came in was destroyed but it got worse from there. The product itself is not worth the money. The base of the couch is cheap wood and doesn’t hold the screws in place. The armrests don’t stay in place because of how bad the wood is that they come right off. It’s a beautiful piece of furniture but only if it’s going to just sit in your living room, not if you going to use it. Wouldn’t suggest buying. Not worth the money.

I felt I needed to edit my review...I wish I had not written it so soon and am reducing my original review to 1 star.Into the 2nd month, the sofa legs and ottoman legs started to buckle -- there is not enough support from the bottom. My son told me about the probIem close to 90 days after our purchase. I reached out to the sofa seller and asked about warranty information on this product as we did not buy a protection program. I detailed all of the information regarding the order, etc and to date, I never heard from them. We knew the sofa was not high quality, but we never expected to have a problem in 3 months! A sofa should last much longer than that! I would highly recommend that you NOT BUY this sofa -- you will waste your money!Great sofa for my son's apartment. He said the assembly took 2 hours and it was fairly easy. The great thing about this is the movable ottoman that can turn the sofa into a chaise or another seating area! Price was really great too!

This piece of furniture is the worst thing i have bought on amazon. I feel it should be removed from the order listings as there are so many bad reviews and its totally not worth the money. I wouldn't take it even if someone gives it to me for free. So the colour and design is good however the construction sucks to the core! It took us around 3-4 hours to fix this thing just because the nuts, screws and holes are not aligned appropriately. The armrest are just impossible to fix, i found a way to screw it from the inside after tearing off the covered clothing but inspite of all the effort it got loose. The couch leg broke when a 140 pound girl sat on it, this is made of very cheap and low quality wood. I wish there was minus starring for this product and i would give it minus 10. Earnest request to everyone, Do not waste your money on this piece of shit! Now m struggling to pack and return it, some more waste of time, energy and money.

Bought this for my daughter's first apartment, didn't last - the wood broke at the bottom to support the legs. Great color though. But within 10 months had to buy her a real couch from a furniture store.

I love the couch. It’s sturdy and it looks great! The 4 stars is due to the arms on it. I had to try really hard to get a few bolts to line up and I had the rip the fabric underneath to attach the screw thingy to the other side to secure it. It took me an hour to complete it by myself. Um it was a black mark on it but it’s not too noticeable. Overall though I do love it.
