Good starter bat and ball
This is a good bat and ball for a younger child just starting out. It is lightweight but sturdy and a fun color. Makes a great gift. The length is good. Not too short.

Great for kids!
Solid gear for what it is and cost. If you are playing with adults I wouldn’t expect the bat to hold on for forever though.

Fun kids' bat
We moved to a community where we have a modified version of wiffleball/baseball that we play with bats like these. I was shocked that I could not find this bat at any of the local big box stores, and that the sporting goods company I was told to get it from was going to charge extra shipping (pretty much doubling the cost), so I found one and ordered it here on Amazon. (Of course, it was too big for our mailboxes so I ended up making two trips to the post office to *finally* get my bat! :) - I never put so much effort into a single-digit purchase!)Anyway, it's a fine lightweight plastic bat and your kids, or your wiffleball neighbors, will enjoy smackin' the plastic with this one.

Franklin bat
Tride and true. I had one of these bats as a kid. Now my child has one. They are the best option for people new to baseball and strong enough for dad to have fun with as well.
