Rich overnight cream
A very rich product - i have young skin that is oily in parts so it’s a bit much all over but has never made me break out just feels heave at first but once you get over that feel it soaks in leaving fresh soft skin - I love it for under my eyes and in dry spots through out the day but it’s best worn before bed and I wake up with rejuvenated dewy skin in the morning

Fingers crossed it will work!
Have read couple of articles about this lotion. Hoping it will help my skin look firmer. Only started using 3 days ago. Not cheap so hope I can see a difference in a couple of weeks!

Greasy for face
It’s not much different from the original 8!hour cream.. it’s too greasy for the face

A gel/balm rather than a cream.
Not sure how well it works yet, not crazy about the Vaseline-like texture and it doesn’t have a real lavender scent that I can detect. It feels somewhat sticky on the skin when applied, though it seems to absorb in a reasonable amount of time and makes the skin feel noticeably softer. But I much prefer the texture and feel of a lighter cream type of product for the face.UPDATE:It’s a good product, though it doesn’t do anything for wrinkles or skin firming. But it definitely helps to soften the skin and although I prefer a light, creamy rather than gel-like texture, I do not dislike it, it feels kind of soothing, actually. Although it is a night time moisturizer, it might work very well as an outdoor protective face and hand ointment during the winter months or while doing winter sports. I no longer live in a winterish climate, but I wish I’d tried it back when I still did!

Chickenpox
One day when my son came home from kindergarten he gave me his beautiful little paintings....and chickenpox 😳. I was 30. And apparently never had chickenpox. Then my daughter and other son became infected as well. Ugh. So two weeks almost to the day I was exposed, I became the fourth victim. My husband, who had chickenpox when he was young, stood in complete shock looking at his family riddled with bumps all over their faces and bodies. Unfortunately my case was the worst. At the time, my grandmother sent me a care package and in the package was the Eight Hour Cream. She was a loyal fan of the Elizabeth Arden company and loved having facials at their salon in San Francisco. I was covered from head to toe in pock marks. I was terrified of being scarred for life so I started putting the Eight Hour Cream on my whole body, concentrating on the pock marks. Within days the pock marks started to disappear. They became faint and within a month they were gone. Forty years later , I do not have one scar. And my chickenpox outbreak was so bad I had bumps on every inch of my body. But no scars thanks to Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream!!!

RANCID- Do Not Buy
Just like so many have said in their review.... smells rancid like it is super old AND it's pretty much just greasy Vaseline. Beware, they don't take returns.

Amazing product except EA is not cruelty free.
WOW! I have had dry flaky skin on my face and i have tried so many EXPENSIVE moisturizers and this blows them AWAY! One day I was watching a tutorial on how to get glass skin, and the young lady was using an Elizabeth Arden night cream, she swore by it. I ended up purchasing this one by mistake and it has been the best mistake of my life LOL! I use Skinfood black sugar scrub and this 8 hour formula and wow, my skin really looks like GLASS! I cannot believe how much this has healed my skin. The only major drawback is that I just found out Elizabeth Arden does animal testing because they are greedy and sell in China. So I am not going to be able to purchase from them anymore until they stop selling in China.

MUST HAVE
Feels wonderful and holds moisture. Goes in your skin without being greasy. Have two backups so never without. Great travel size.
