Great panel heater, heats the room very quickly, I've got these all over my house replacing storage heaters, economical and easy to set up through the app, the house is cosy coming home from work.

Set up required the additional instructions which i was sent from the manufacturer, also the WIFI symbol on the panel of mine received in Oct 2020 is not the same as that in the printed manual which caused more confusion - so be mindful that its out of date and not very thorough - it could do with an icon description and more detailed information on set up and function.The heaters work well once set up & give good heat for the money - i bought 3 of different output for my flat, all do the job are slim and unassuming. The app is very helpful with timers. Only gripe is that for whatever reason even though all 3 are the same model, my 1.5kw heater has different functionality that the other 2 within the app - again no information anywhere on how or why this is the case.for the price however they do the job for a small space.

I use this in my pottery studio which is a converted single garage. It’s sufficient to keep me comfortable in almost all seasons, though not quite enough when outside temperatures drop below freezing. The WiFi connection works with the TuyaSmart app which I already use for other devices in my home. This means I can set it before I head out in the morning to preheat the room, or set regular timers so it comes on and off without me always having to remember.It also allows me to program scenarios, for example if the temperature drops below 3 Celcius it will come on at a low setting which prevents my clay from freezing and potentially ruining work.Overall I’m very pleased with this. It’s easy to set and use without the WiFi, but the automation and being able to set it remotely are a big bonus for me.

I purchased two of these to heat an extremely cold 26sqm living room. I have been really impressed. I had a few minor problems setting up the wifi at first - but this was due to the app instructions being out of date in the instruction manual. As soon as I found better app instructions, I got the wifi sorted straight away. Setting the temperatures manually was also very straight forward. With a few taps you can set the temperature and timer easily. The heaters heat up quickly and are extremely economical to run.

... I only had to lose wifi once and I haven't been able to re-connect it at all. No way to find out how to solve the problem, nothing in the instructions, not even a heater setting to refer to.And now an error code and no way to tell what to do or to change the screen message!!!I'm going to buy this again just because when it worked it worked well, but I'm doing this with trepidation.

I wanted a heater that could be controlled remotely to enable my cabin to be warmed through before having to leave the house. This product has doe just that. Very easy to use and pass log in details to others in the family to allow them to access it also. I have not used the time function nor do I know whether the energy efficiency is good but as far as I am concerned it works exactly as I wanted it to. Its also a very sleek looking heater, particularly when compared with ugly oil filled versions....

Good Value Heater with Alexa control, heat and temp settings easy to set on unit as well as remotely and takes the guess work out of leaving the heater on by accident, not really that cold yet but it will be great to switch it on remotely and arrive to warmth rather than cold rooms.It is easy to install on the wall the bracket needs to be handled with care it is pretty flimsy and would be an area for small improvement but it does the job, the bracket could also incorporate a safe stow for the excess lead, if like me you may wish to unmount and use the heater free standing.All in all it works well so far looks neat on the wall once the lead is tidied up, it is fairly silent but I do hear the thermostat kicking in sometimes when the room is silent.

Not that easy to attach the legs to the main body, as it uses self-tapping screws (metal into metal), which takes a lot of force. They are also quite deep, so you'll need a long screwdriver. It's sturdy once it's complete, but there's no way I'll be able to get the legs off now without stripping the screw heads. They should have gone with bolts and captive nuts.The control panel isn't very intuitive. If you want to increase temperature, it's a one button push. But if you want to decrease temperature, you need to keep tapping the temperature button until it goes up to maximum, then cycles back to the minimum, and work you're way back up to the desired temperature. Can't understand why they didn't design this with simple "up" and "down" temperature controls. In the app, it's much more intuitive and easy to change the temperature up or down by one degree at a time.Setting up the app isn't easy either. I ended up adding a generic panel heater through the app, as it couldn't detect the actual heater through the setup process. I'm probably doing something wrong, but it's not clear what I've done wrong. I followed the instructions, so who knows what the issue is.It's a nice looking, simple & clean design, and far more lightweight than my old oil-filler radiator. Very responsive, and heats the room quickly. It's nice to have a bit of smart tech, but this is "dumb" smart tech, sort of in it's infancy and not very user friendly.However, it has one MAJOR design flaw. The control panel display is bright blue led, and it flashes while it is on to show that it is on. Total overkill in my opinion. This is the worst possible colour to use in a bedroom. There's no way of changing the colour, and as everyone knows, blue light is the most disruptive to sleep. Red or orange would have been a better choice. I ended putting a piece of semi-opaque darkened acrylic glass over the led display to reduce the strong blue light being emitted.I think a few design tweaks in the next model should make this a great panel heater. Definitely wouldn't buy this model again.
