This magnesium has been a total hit for my family! I have been using magnesium for a while, mainly for muscle cramps and relaxation purposes, but it does definitely make for a softer stool (sorry being honest here) Personally I don’t have a problem with this, but my husband does and I had him take one capsule and the next day he was overjoyed with his bathroom experience! Now I have him hooked, he also enjoys the restful sleep that he gets from taking this. Then my daughter started taking it for her slight bouts of constipation and now she has a huge fan as well! Product is good and I recommend it to the others.The only issue was the delivery:Amazon used USPS service for delivery. USPS deliverers all my regular mail and packages almost every day. This time they couldn’t deliver the package for no reason. I spent 2 hours to go to the local office and pick up my package !

On my 2nd bottle. The best magnesium out there. I use it to sleep and 30-60min after I take it, I can actually feel my muscles relax. it’s truly a chilling feeling and helps me fall asleep momentarily after. I would not recommend taking it day time. I have no digestive problems after taking it either.
