I had the (unfortunate) opportunity to use one on my bike a few days ago. Running 700c 23mm tires, I filled the tire up with a few pumps from my mini pump to mount my new tube, then filled the tube with on of these cartridges, I was able to get it up to a firm enough amount to get me home. I do not, and forgot to when I got home, have a pressure gauge with me on my bike and would GUESS that one cartridge got me around 100-110 psi, so plenty enough to get you home.I keep saying home, because I was cycling home from work that particular day. I have yet to use it out on a ride longer than the ~15 miles or so it is to go home. I would imagine that with a little more work from a frame/mini pump you could get it inflated enough to ride much longer than that on.Also, CO2 tends to leak much faster than air. While you should be okay for the remainder of that ride, don't be surprised when you go out the next day to "pinch test" your tire before your ride and it is completely flat.

The fit perfectly.
If you have a Genuine Innovations CO2 inflator, buy these even though they're lots more expensive. I've tried other brands. Sometimes they work...sometimes they don't. When I have a flat on the road I want them to work flawlessly every...single...time. These do that.

Works well and stores well
Used my last one in august 2022 - originally purchased in 2019. Stores well in a garage and doesn’t seem to degrade over time. Easy to use and perfect for my road bike tires with a good margin of safety.

Don't ride without these!!!
Awesome & ultra super fast when I had to fix a flat! Face it nobody likes to get flats, & its a pain to use those mini-pumps (which I still carry just in case) when you gotta pump your tires up to 120 psi! This thing when used with the adapter will get you back on the road in no time! One of my best rides going up to Crown Point in Oregon got me 2 flats, luckily I had these cartridges & was able to repair one flat & replace another tube. Also used these on a Century Ride in Hawaii, was back on the road in 10 minutes flat! (no pun intended) I always ride with at least 2-3.

Effective for larger MTB tires
Use these on a Mountain Bike 29er with 2" tires and 16 oz is enough to get you back on the trail at about 30psi. If you're going to ride on street and don't want to feel like you are continuously peddling up a hill, one's not enough: you'll need a second cartridge. Two take will take mine to about 50psi which is plenty. I always carry at least two of these now. BTW, wear your gloves when using these! Dangerously cold right after discharging...

Works great, but make sure that you use non-removable valves in your inner tube
These things work great. Much less bulky than a hand pump so they can fit right in your seat bag.Make sure that the inner tube that you're using has non-removable valves, though, because otherwise when you unscrew the CO2 cartridge it will unscrew the valve with it and your tire will deflate in a sploosh and leave you stranded. I use Kenda tubes, which have non-removable valves.

Compact & time saving.
I got these as refills for my CO2 tire inflater. They really see time and come in handy. Problem is, when I went to order more, they wouldn't send it to me. I live on Molokai, we can't get these threaded canisters on island.

Buy me!
These things work, are reasonably priced and you can carry one in a jersey pocket for an emergency and not even notice it. I've filled a 700c tube to 90 psi on the side of the road in the ghetto with one of these canisters and got back on the road without being robbed. Try that with a mini pump!Let's face it...we spend thousands on our bikes and other gear...why not spend a few bucks so that you have some peace of mind while on a long ride.
