Good shaker and pre
I have gotten through the whole tub now and I must say the flavours aren't bad. Although they aren't always consistent and sometimes they taste better than other times it usually does have that nice kick. But the taste is the least important part of pre-workout. So let's focus on the performance. This pre workout makes me ready for any gym session. I almost always end up with a solid pump. It also lasts enough for a whole session with just 1 scoop. This pre-workout beats most expensive pre-workouts for a perfect price point! I have also used the shaker for both pre workout and protein powder. I must admit the shaker isn't the best at getting rid of clumps but it works well. When I use the shaker with pre I have noticed very less clumps. However with a very thick protein powder it struggles to filter the pieces down.

I’d highly recommend this pre workout for anyone going for a mid-high strength pre workout.Flavour is one of my favourites (sour gummies) not had anything yet to top it.Takes around 15 mins to start kicking in. Definitely packs a punch and helps you focus also has 3g of creative which is a nice bonus too.

Great quality fot the price, similar shakers cost around the same but this comes with a month's worth(if you were to have 1 serving a day) of pre workout

terrible shaker quality
The inner lid is full of plastic deburr from manufacturing - ready to get in your drink no matter how much you wash it. Does not even look food grade. If the brand is happy sending a shaker like this to their customers, I don't want think about the product itself.

Good flavour, shaker could be better
The flavour is great but the shaker started to go weird and the paint stripped off

Delivery came next day - also included several little freebie satches which I thought was extremely generous and added a nice little surprise to my order

Bottle very cheaply made
Pre workout is quite good however the label came out very weird with bumps after one wash and the lid has broken which makes it very hard to use
