Excellent value with all the vitamins and iron you need, particularly good for my vegetarian husband

These vitamins are great quality, not too big, and offer good value for the price!

Good, but the taste isn't great, and dissolves fast in the mouth. They do seem to be high quality and whether it's placebo or not, they seem to be better than others at a similar price range. I always take one a day alongside Vit D, and will be re-ordering!

Great value and great quality

Whilst these contain the vitamins you want they taste like pap. I managed to last three days but each day I felt like I was going to be sick after each one. The smell is very strong when you open the bag. However the taste once you swallow is powerdery and disgusting.I cannot comment on the energy level or sleep as I couldn't stomach the tablets longer enough to see a difference

This multivitamin is a fantastic find for people like me with underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism) because it excludes iodine, which is commonly found in most multivitamins. Iodine should be avoided by those with hypothyroidism as it can interfere with thyroid hormone production and exacerbate the condition, particularly in cases of autoimmune thyroiditis like Hashimoto’s disease. I am so glad to have found these as I needed to increase my iron intake but struggled to find something without iodine.

I've only been taking these for a week,they are easy to swallow, have convenient packaging, great price. Thumbs up from me.
