This is my email to VGuard customer care on 02 Oct. I bought the product on 31 July and installed it on late Aug. Will post updates here.I bought a V-Guard stabilizer on Amazon in 25 July 24. The invoice and warranty are attached to this email.From the first day after it was attached to an a/c, the mains have tripped, and there was a spark in the MCB board. We called an electrician and he removed the stabilizer out of the circuit, Directly connecting the a/c to mains.Subsequently a ticket was raised on VGuard site. Ticket number is in the subject of this email.After 3 days, a service engineer from VGuard came, saw the mains tripping and the spark in MCB. He took the stabilizer with him for service. When V-Guard service engineer tried to re-install the next day, the mains tripped again. So they took it back with them.It has been a week now. No response from V-Guard or the service engineer. The product came with a 3 year onsite warranty.Since it could not be fixed by the service engineer, It looks like something is majorly wrong with the stabilizer. Plz replace the product with a new one. I have not used it even for one day. I spent Rs 9800 on the product. Plz provide value for the money spent.Plz revert back soon.
