Just the job! 🚗
Having bought my granddaughter a 10yo jalopy for her 18th birthday, I decided a tad of engine care wouldn't go amiss!I have used STP additives since I was a poor student myself (many moons ago) and have never regretted it. Prevention is always better than cure! This time the car seems to be happier and running smoothly. Let's hope it stays that way!Remember to closely follow the instructions on the container. One small bottle should be added to a tank full of fuel.

REVIEW: Redex RADD0005A 0.09L Petrol One Shot 90ml Fuel Additive Treatment Fluid
I'll try to be quick here, though bear with me as a review on fuel additives is , at best, speculative.Hobby-wise, from a young child, I have a long history of refurbishing motor vehicles & motorcycles. And, for that matter, anything mechanical.Re. these popular "fuel additives", without the use of a specialised laboratory it's impossible to verify the efficacy of such fuel additives. So, why did I purchase this particular Redex fuel additive?Purely an experienced, intelligent but speculative purchase. Speculative as the core "reason-for-being" of such fuel additives makes sense: to ensure clean fuel passageways from the fuel tank to the fuel-feeding mechanisms of the engine itself. But, you may ask, don't modern fuels already have additives? Yes, they do. And, decent one's, too.Once, however, one has worked on / rebuilt many engines, etc., which I have, one clearly recognises that whilst all big-name brand fuels work very well, it's not always 100%. Especially in the congested, stop-start lives that most if not all vehicles exist under in most countries. So, one chooses to take "extra" precaution by using after-market fuel additives, "just to make a sure" that one's engine(s) are being kept clean and thus operationally optimal. Are these additives fully necessary? Probably not. But, one uses these additives purely as an added precaution. So, within the above-mentioned lack of formal laboratories and empirical data I cannot, thus, honestly "rate" the efficacy of such fuel additives, whether Redex above, STP, Wynn's, etc. -- all great, trusted brands. But, I buy / use these additives every so often, "just in case." And, none of the top branded fuel additives have caused me any problems. It's really up to each vehicle owner to make their own decision: Play safe and occasionally use these additives or, fully trust in the efficacy of modern fuels. I can't supply you with 100% confidence in the use of such additives, except to say that I err on caution with the occasional use of such additives as Redex as motor vehicles these days are expensive and need to be reliable. A relatively cheap "comfort" for maintaining one's vehicle.Over to you...

Good stugf
Started using this as my car has just hit six years old.One shot every full tank.I can only assume it's doing its job as drive very little a full tank can last me 2/3 months so don't really notice any difference using it or not.

Your engine will like it
I’ve been using it for years but trouble is you want a bigger bottle people say it’s no good shouldn’t put it in rubbish. I’ve been using it for years I used to work for Esso and they used to put it in their cars twice a year
