Fantastic Pilates Ball
Fantastic item - perfect size for Pilates and core work. Lovely colour, easy to inflate and use. Plus good value for money. I’ve used it for deep core work and it’s been durable so far. Will buy from this brand in future.

Multi-purpose and amazing
I bought this to build muscles in my hand after an operation. It was the turning point to recovery. Now I use it to raise feet in bed when sleeping, put under back for yoga and... also use for what it is meant for: exercise. Best little ball ever. Packs deflated in my bag for trips. I love it.

Soft yoga ball
Purchased this to help massage my abdominal muscles and help relax spasms/knots in my digestive system. It’s a little bigger than expected but works well and creates just enough pressure to work without being uncomfortable. Whilst I found it difficult to fully inflate (the air escapes before you can pop the valve back in), thankfully I need it partially deflated for my use. You receive two straws and an extra cap in case of loss.The main issue I have is that it’s very sticky so may attract! Definitely something to bear in mind if that would bother you, but overall a great buy and affordable little accessory for gentle massage or using in pilates. Would recommend!

Bought for exercise set by physio.Nice ball, easy to inflate and great colour

Useful but...
I use it for a knee rehabilitation and it fits perfectly because I need it half inflated. However if you want it full inflated there is a problem. You need to blow through the straw provided, remove it quickly and seal the valve... Doesn't matter how fast you are... It loose 1/4 of the air at least before you seal it.
