I got this supplement to help with fatigue and feeling sluggish (especially in the afternoons). Normally I take extra vitamin D to boost my energy, but after few months I felt like effect was wearing off and I wanted to try something different and came across this Ginseng supplement. I have been taking it for almost a month, and really like it:- it improves my energy levels, I especially notice it around midday- capsules are small and smooth, and really easy to swallow- doesn't have any unpleasant taste or after-taste - super important to me! I’ve been wanting to try ginseng supplements to improve focus and mental clarity, as my work is very demanding. So far I’ve been very happy with this product - the capsules are good size and easy to swallow, I did notice mood and focus improvements within a few days. I’ll keep taking it and hope the improvements will continue.
