Cleans the dishes really well, and is pretty quiet when running. Has many different cycles and is great if you are short on time. Easy to use, and a great product for the value. I only wish is was a little larger, pots and pans don't fit well in there, but work with most other kitchenware.

This was the best purchase I have ever made. It is perfect for tiny homes or homes without a dishwasher or room for a dishwasher. It is relatively quiet. I would recommend using the hose for the water (filling it up with the pitcher takes 3 full pitchers). It cleans everything exceptionally well. It does not fit our dinner plates; however, the plates are pretty big. Coffee mugs, bowls, Tupperware, silverware, measuring cups, and spatulas all fit with no issue.

I have used this ~10 times since I received it. It did have some moisture inside upon receipt, which I attributed to testing at production? I have only used the Quick Wash setting so far. 29 minutes. Once I let it go through its drying cycle; but my water is hard, so that left spots. Every other time, I just set my alarm for 29 minutes & when its done I open it up, hand dry the dishes and put them away! I fill the top, it takes a little over a gallon. I use the hottest water my sink provides. I haven't even tried the other settings, because Quick Wash has cleaned everything every time so far. I have put in regular dishes and some small pots and pans. It takes such a small amount of detergent- don't waste your time with premeasured pods. Just get detergent that you can measure the amount: an 8-mL dispenser. It is very quiet. I can't even hear it running from the other room. I am really impressed how it cleans my plastic plates. When I hand wash those, it seems I have to wash them three times to get all of the residue/grease off; but this machine & Quick Wash cycle get it the first try every time! You don't need a faucet hook up, you can just fill the top port. You actually don't need a sink drain- you can just drain into a bucket and dump the bucket! I am so happy to have found such a convenient product at a decent price...And my back is even happier that I don't have to do 99% of those dishes by hand anymore!

I just love this dishwasher. just don't over load it as it wont get the dishes clean, but it works great for my mom and I and we have a older house with no room to put a real dishwasher in. Love it.

Works good. But don’t over load. For two people it’s still a-little small . But it’s great for sterilizing my jars for canning.

It looked brand new, until I opened it to remove the baskets. Several of the plate separators were badly bent and the silverware basket was missing completely. I paid for a brand new unit, but I think I received a used/returned unit. Not happy.
