Great Little Pan for My Teen Egg-Chef!This small non-stick pan has been perfect for my teen, who loves making eggs. It’s just the right size for quick breakfasts and super easy to handle. The non-stick surface works really well—no sticking, no scraping, and cleanup is a breeze (which means no excuses not to clean up after cooking!).It heats evenly and feels sturdy without being too heavy. I love this cookware...have purchased various pots and frying pans in different sizes as individual items. They're fairly substantial but not too heavy. NOTHING sticks to them, food cooks evenly, they are very easy to clean, and very attractive. Most of them come with clear glass lids (although this pan did not). They're priced very well. I probably should have purchased a full set but this way I have only the types and sizes of pans that I actually use.

This pan is a workhorse! It heats evenly, cleans up like a dream, and its non-stick surface actually lasts. A fantastic addition to my kitchen. It is very sturdy and the handle is surprisingly grippy. I highly recommend and plan to purchase from this brand again in the future.

Love them! I have had these pans for about a month.We use them daily. They are so easy to clean! We cook eggs in them all the time and the eggs just slide right out. We have cooked all kinds of things in them w no problem . The set has a nice variety of sizes, the color is nice. The pan quality is very good and they seem to be scratch resistant. We don’t use metal utensils on them. We even recommended them to a family member who also loves them.

I purchased this along with a Duxtop Portable Induction Cooktop Burner.Together, they are a perfect pair. The pan is priced right and performs as well as the far more expensive pans we acquired over the years, including the long-gone All Clad pieces (too hard to clean).Cooked food just slides off and cleanup takes about ten seconds by hand. The promotional text says we can cook without oil, but I always use a bit of oil, except when pan-toasting bread.Users are advised that the pan will darken over time, so I know what to expect.(LATER NOTE) Although the undersurface is perfectly flat, the cooking surface is not. It is slightly convex, so that when I add a little oil to fry something, the oil runs off to the edges. For that reason, I deducted one star.Despite that, I use it 2-3 times a day and everything cooks ok.

This pan fries extremely well; it cooks food evenly and cleans up super easily. Nothing sticks, and it repels water, so it wipes dry with just a swipe. Amazing. I love using it. Its appearance is deceptive. I guess it reminds me of old pans I remember from childhood that resemble this one but were super heavy to lift. Not this one. It's featherweight and I have to remember that when I lift it with oil in it; if I put too much tug on the lift I'll hurl oil everywhere, cuz it doesn't take all that. I smile every time. :) I just love it.
