I started this Feb 19th 2025, as of today it has been 3 months. I love it! My energy level was noticed immediately. I've lost 12 lbs since then. I have energy to walk 3 miles a day, cycle for 2 miles, and started light weights. But I initially bought it to help libido. I am 55 yrs old and retraining my body from the menopause shock. This lowered my male voice somewhat noticable 24 hrs after taking it. So this has to be converting in the right direction.I'm not a light guy either, so 2 tablets had a dramatic effect on me. when i first had my blood tested, my dhea levels were low. after only a month of use, my levels actually improved to the levels the doctor wanted to see. every time since, my levels have been on point. i can see and validate these actually work and do what they say they will do.

I’m not sure that this made a difference. I tried for several months. Had to stop all supplements due to surgery. When I was able to start supplements again, I didn’t restart this since I really didn’t feel any different.
