Recently I claimed a warrenty for a part every thing processed smoothly. For warranty claim you need to call or message via whatsapp, number will be inthe user manual .

This ergonomic chair is best in this price point. Chair is sturdy and assembly is quite easy. Assembly will take max 5 minutes. Height adjustment is optimal.If you want the chair in range 4-8k, you can consider it, you will be happy.Edit:After 10 months of using the chair, it is still holding good. Only problem i feel is that the hydraulic wears as the chair auto slides after 2-3 days.But the customer support is very good, they have replaced it within complaining of 4 days.

Have been using this chair for more than 3 months, but apart from little bit noise issue there's no problem on the quality and suspension quality. Back support works average. Easy to assemble to hard to dissemble. Overall value for money.
