Do not buy it was a great scooter until the bar snapped and it was under warranty and they refused to help

This scooter from Kedaung is an excellent quality 350W Electric Scooter that can travel at speeds up to 15.5mph. It features front and rear brakes, built in headlight and comes with case and accessories too.The folding mechanism is very easy to use and also just as easy to secure when returning the scooter to full size, the weight is 12.2kg which is a relatively easy weight to carry around.App control is a cool feature to add on allowing you to lock the bike when not in use so that someone can't steal it and the lock that's included for securing it, is a high quality lock with 5 digit combination.All in this is a really cool scooter, with a decent top speed, fun to ride and good value for money.

Bought a year ago was all fine till the scooter stopped going the speed it's supposed to, just started slowing down... When contacted the seller they was asking for proof how can you show something is going slower than it should be... I bought insurance with it the insurance company keep saying I can't claim with them was there's still warranty but supplier says there isn't. The bit that covers my back wheel broke the other day and I was told that's why my scooter isn't going the speed it should even though it broke months after !!!Other than that problem the scooter was perfect and doing it's job

Absolutely appalling customer service. The scooter was faulty. It wouldn't turn off, so the battery didn't last. They initially asked me to use a screwdriver to fix it myself, but I said no, I wanted a replacement. They then said they wouldn't send a different one out, I had to return the faulty scooter. I have spent MONTHS trying to get a refund and they made me pay for return postage to send it back. They first tried to say they hadn't received it back until I sent them photographic proof, then when I opened a case with Amazon, they blackmailed me into closing it and promised they would refund me aswell as the return postage cost! They then refunded me the cost of the faulty scooter only. I bought this as a Christmas present! We are now in March!! And I have just received the cost of the return postage on a gift card from Amazon not the seller! Absolute nightmare to deal with. Do not buy. Yes, it's cheap but judging by other reviews, it isn't well made!
