I recently purchased a Portronics microphone expecting good quality and easy connectivity. Unfortunately, the mic is not connecting to my phone at all. I’ve tried multiple devices and checked all settings, but it still doesn’t work. This is extremely frustrating, especially when I needed it for urgent voice recording tasks.I chose Portronics based on good reviews, but this experience has been disappointing. The product doesn’t live up to its claims. Also, there’s no clear guidance or support provided for troubleshooting.Requesting immediate assistance or a replacement. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Its good for the money you pay for it. Otherwise if you want better quality then you have to raise you budget.I am not very satisfied but I cant say very confidently about the quality because the recording environment was not optimum.So it may give better results but I couldn't get satisfied.Looks good and very easy to use.In few videos it give reasonable clariry and in some it was not that clear. Maybe because of me.Performance is more or less ok.

When transmitter ko jab main kisi power supply like powerbank se attached kr rhi hu tbhi transmitter aur Mic pair hora hai otherwise nhi hora hai unplugged krte hi. Aur upar customer care wale phle bole Mail daalo, ab mail mein bol rhe hai aap product pack krke khud se courier krwao address par aur is bich product damage hua ya courier delivery charges hum nhi dete hai pick-up service nhi dete wo aap dekho... I mean what 😡😠itni ghatiya company... Hmare to paise gye na bematlab ke... Don't buy this rest ur decision guys
