Had a bottle of this for a 40 mile Fondo ride on a hot (95F) and humid day. At the finish I felt like I could have kept going - no bonk at all like I usually have and my energy level stayed consistent for the two hour ride.Flavor is subtle and easy to drink. I followed the mixing instructions (pour packet into dry bottle, add 4oz of water, shake, fill up the rest of the way and shake again) and had no issues with it mixing up.

My son races mountain bikes and usually uses the regular bagged Skratch. We needed something more portable for a race we would be flying too and these fit the bill. The flavor isn’t as strong as the bagged flavors but that’s a small thing to worry about.

Used this in tandem with their electrolyte mix during my first 50K in Oklahoma. Tastes good, easy on the stomach, and definitely helped get me some easy carbs for a ~3.5hr run. Would recommend.

I used this mix on my first century ride in hot weather. I felt fueled the entire race drinking one packet per hour. My stomach had no issues during or after the race. The taste is mild and good. I would HIGHLY reccomend.

The stuff was absolutely terrible My husband detests it and will not use it. You have to use so much of it to get it to taste like anything and then once it tastes like something it's awful. Don't bother
