Mindfulness Cards: Simple Practices for Everyday Life

I love these cards. Have a set at home and one in my classroom. We love to pick a card each class and read it. Gives us something to think about.

These. are. adorable.I love this product! I got them for my bedside table to read daily with my husband... We take time each day to read the card of the day and practice that for a day or two!!! There are tons of cards and some to design your own... I love the concept and feel as though I aways pick ones I need to hear...I love them as a decoration, super cute colors... I love them for the content itself.. They are nice cards and the box is sturdy... and the shipping was fast and came packaged well!Thank you for these!!! I do suggest them!!!

Like these cards but they are difficult to read because print is so light. Older eyes need dark ink.

I love this product! Mindfulness is hard for me, and these activities are simple, straightforward, and easy to implement. I use them by myself or with my kids. The instructions are clear and the colorful cards are fun to look at. Overall, I’m happy I bought this product.

I'm really enjoying these cards. They are simple ways to be a little more intentional about taking care of ourselves in easy to do ways. I get up in the mornings and share one each day with my kids. I also like that there are 4 different categories to meet your mood for the day. The cards are nice and sturdy too, stored in a nice compact, but solid box that makes for easy transport, and proper care.

Simple, purposeful reminders to be mindful of our own happiness and contentment. Lovely, sturdy, bright cards that can be read individually or displayed around the house as reminders to be mindful of what brings us joy and peace. Personal or professional use. Sturdy box for storage.
