Didnt realize how AWESOME Relxium is until I ran out!I have Relaxium on auto-ship but didn't realize I had delivery date pushed out too far. However, in this case I want to convey that my experience has been fairly mundane. I don't seem to be getting much benefit from this supplement, despite taking it for three months. It's not that my sleep patterns have degraded, but rather that they haven't improved much if at all with this particular blend. I chose it originally because it was NOT melatonin, which tends to give me nightmares. I'm 65, in great health and was just looking for something to help me fall asleep easier and stay asleep longer. I will continue to use it but alter my routine to see if that helps.

I have never had a problem with this product in the many years I have been buying it. But this time, one of the pills was broken open and spilled over all the other pills. Not a real problem except that I’m short one pill when you take 2 every night. I don’t think they’ll send me one pill to replace it.
