Bought an expensive chair online so was a risk in terms of how it would suit me. As it happens poor lumbar support. Therefore bought this additional back support. Amazing as it has transformed the chair. Perfect price, perfect support. Easy to install and my chair is very wide but this fits easily. Great product and highly recommend . Comfortable.

bought a new chair a few months back and the chair was comfortable but gave me lower back pain so rather than get rid of the chair I bought one of these cushions to put on chair to support lower back. I love it - makes massive difference - wish I had bought one months ago. Would definitely recommend.

To be honest, I wasn't really expecting too much, but this thing really holds you and your back in place. I can easily see myself getting some more of these, as I've a number of chairs and what have you. ;)Being pushed out in your chair only ever so slightly isn't a real problem, but I do feel you may need to get up every now and then to give your back a rest from this backrest. I originallly got this, because I couldn't do any of my normal back exercises as I've had other little painful issues with my feet. But once those problems are gone, I'll be doing some, what I call leg ups. If you get pains from sitting down too long, then laying on your back lifting each leg up and holding it for about 10 seconds can help your back come back to life after just after a few days. But of course, it's not going to help, I would have thought if you've got some sort of chronic pain. But yeah, exercising always helps, when you can move about, that is. ;)

I think this is an OK product. It needs to be much more dense to provide a stronger lasting supportAs its memory foam it has kind of lost its shape by the end of the day.But, saying that it has definitely improved my posture and my back pain is lessened. I am suffering with sciatica pain and this is why I got a lumber support for a very poor chair at work.Overall I would recommend if your not a big heavy lump like me.

It's helped my office chair turn ergonomic, providing lower back support. Well made, the only thing is be careful using sharp objects to open the tightly sealed package - looks like I cut through one of the straps by mistake. Good value though

This thing is great, if you spend large chunks of your life hunched in front of a laptop. It more or less forces you to improve your posture by providing unstinting lumbar support. My back doesn't ache nearly as much now. Big relief. Also, unlike cushions, it won't tumble to the floor whenever you stand up.
