This vitamin C supplement is easy to take and really helps when I’m feeling under the weather. It’s high-quality and has liposomal glutathione, which boosts absorption and makes it more effective. My wife drank this three times with milk, with food or dikuted with water. She vomited everytime. Avoid it. The smell is just very strong. Its not worth your time. The taste grts stuck on your throat.

It comes with a small plastic measuring cup that fits over the top of the bottle so it is always conveniently at hand and easy to measure. You do need to refrigerate this after opening. This is gluten and soy free, non-GMO with no preservatives or animal products.It has a bit of a weird taste to it but it's not too bad. Sort of earthy taste with an artificial aftertaste of strawberry. I just swallow it very fast and chase it with water.
