We boat this to use on our boat and RV. It has been great so far and we have no complaints except for the solar panels. So far the solar panels have been a disappointment. It needs full completely sun on the entire solar panels in order for it to get a real active charge. It has been winter so it hasn't been as hot, but in full sun we couldn't get any where close to the 45w. Highest charging from the panel's we've gotten is 21w. As spring and summer is coming up we'll continue to update this post to see if we get better charging in full sun.We love the compact design of both the solar panels and box. The not so great part is there is no compartment to carry all the cords you need with you. I think I'll try to add some pockets or something to the solar panels to help with this. Having to carry on the side can be cumbersome, but not a deal breaker. The convenience of this little machine is amazing. This little box provides great power. We tried it with our 600w toaster and it worked perfectly, but we've mainly been using to keep our phones and lights topped off.We will continue to use it and will update as we go.

Bought for an off-grid camping trip, worked great. Kept my devices charged, panels charged at near full capacity, lasted a long time

This is my first power station and I like it. I used this on a 2 week road trip in the boondocks for work and entertainment. I was running an intel MacBook Pro, 4k portable monitor, and Starlink mini for 4-6 hours a day for work. In the evening, I was watching streaming video on an iPad with the Starlink for about three hours while charging my phone & miscellaneous gadgets. It got the job done, but I’m definitely buying the EB600 battery to go with it, battery anxiety is real. Upgrading my laptop to a more efficient model is on my list as well.As far as connections go, I’d give up an AC outlet and the USB A ports for three or four more USB C ports. Stick a USB A port on back, just in case. (EcoFlow, please, send me a prototype!) I was constantly cable swapping between devices during the workday just to keep all the tech running. A wireless charging pad on top would be nice too.The power station seems very sturdy and the carry handle is a nice touch. It charges quickly on AC or 12V. It’s nice and compact. I stuck it in the corner of my pop up tent, then ran cables out the corner of the door for the solar panel and antenna.The panel is very well designed and built. Don’t count on it for all your charging needs though. 45W is aspirational at best. In full sun, I was able to get 40W out of it. Any shade or an indirect angle cut the output to a trickle and it really didn’t add much to my power budget. I was able to keep everything I needed charged because I was either on the road or had access an outlet every day. I’m definitely investing in more solar so I can go off grid for more than a day or two.

This unit charges fast for house power and about 1.5 hours for solar energy. i cant say about UPS. I am also adding a 100 amp hour lithium to this for extra power. I already had the battery. And I am considering the power pack as well. we need to run small motors as well as electronics.

This is not a reliable UPS. I have been screwed over twice now.This appears to work as intended as a battery, but will randomly stop working. Two times I’ve been out of town for work, and my router has shut down because I was using this. This means all of my security cameras, personal server, etc is just dead in the water because this thing stopped giving AC power.I set the charge limit to 80% as suggested. But the first time this just stopped working, it said it was at 100% but in reality it wasn’t. It drained itself and would only flash on for a second or two. I updated the firmware because people on other sites said that was the problem. That was early April.Then a few days ago I’m out of town and I get notified all of my cameras are offline. Once again, this is to blame. Maybe the newest firmware does fix the issue. But I’m not holding my breath.I bought this solely to be used as a UPS for my router and my NAS. I regret my purchase. I will be talking to ECOFLOW customer service about this. Hopefully it can be resolved but I feel like this is a huge waste of time and money.

I bought the combo 296w and panel , because I have 22L fridge normally the consumption is between 33w and 39w on eco you can see the compressor will shut down for a period of time, so the panel on my head will match the consumption and charge when is off , I receive everything at the same time, the package is great and you can see quality, the app is awesome, today I did a test with bad weather sunny and cloud and also the test area is not good, I put some hydration beverage on the fridge previously cooled and connect the panel , starting at 9 am and my theory was right when I have pretty good sun , match the consumption and charge when the compressor is off but since we have cloud day I can get a full test I disconnect the panel at 3:30 pm and by 7:20 pm the ecoflow have 34% battery left , it will pass the 9 pm or more than 12 hours using the battery with bad weather, I am happy, I have the option to upgrade the battery and 100w panel on the future will be enough , I will provide update soon since I will go Beach camping .
