Car play activated
Used this for a CarPlay activation on a BMW g30. Can be a little stiff but has a secure connection and product does the job. Also works with enet to lightning adapter to connect to iPhone.

Works perfectly and very good build quality
OBD cable has very good build quality and works perfectly with my software. Very easy to use and has a rock solid connection every time. It's even a nice colour.

DOES NOT WORK WITH ISTA
This cable does not work with ISTA! This is not a true enet cable. It’s missing pin 6 (RX+), which breaks the Ethernet pair. Without that, there is no reliable bidirectional communication, just the TX one-way communication from Ethernet pin 3.It also has the resistor between pin 8 and 16 which is a trick used in cheap enet cables to simulate ignition-on, but it’s not great for use with ista ISTA and causes intermittent connection drops. So even if a true enet cable it could still cause issues.Will probably work with basic programs like e-sys and bimmercode… maybe.
