I’ve had this for about a week. I have no idea if magnesium actually goes through your feet into you and helps you. But the cream itself is very nice. It keeps you smooth and moisturized. So I recommend it for that. If the magnesium gets through like it’s supposed to then fantastic. I can’t say that I’ve had my magnesium checked since I’ve been using it for just a week. Maybe I’ll come by and update this review later after I have been tested.

I decided to try this magnesium lotion because I am on my feet all night at work and experience painful feet and calves. The first night I rubbed it on and went to sleep I woke up and my feet and calves were energetic. I also love the lavender scent. I highly recommend.

Be consistent with it each night. It does help me stay asleep better. It also has been helping with leg cramps that I was getting every night. Im not having it every single night. I put it on the top of my feet and up to my knees front and back

I was hesitant to believe the hype, but man is this stuff awesome. My calves lock up every night, but not when I use this. Also works on my shoulders and traps, even on foot cramps. This stuff is worth every penny.

I was looking to help with foot pain and getting better sleep. For me this foot cream has delivered on both. Sleep is definitely deeper and foot pain is improving. I’m hoping with time it gets even better!
