Great caulk, I ordered more after I used this

I was a bit wary after reading reviews but this seems fine. I caulked a crack in a bathroom as it was awkward to fill and I didn't want the mess. Also used it to caulk some plaster that had flaked where a curtain pole had been screwed in.I painted over it with a decent primer undercoat (two coats) and while you can still see it a bit, it's not as dark as some people have experienced. Should be ok once top coat goes on, hopefully! Doesn't seem to have cracked yet but I need to replace some caulking round a door frame so that will be the real test! There a probably more expensive caulks out there that will be better but this seems to do the job.Easy to apply although it was a bit thin for my caulking gun.The product was in different livery/packaging to what is in the description but seems to be the same stuff. It doesn't say whether it's waterproof though and I'm mainly using it to fill a crack in a bathroom. Confusingly, Soudal seems to be in two different types of livery, and then there's also the cheap trade stuff you get from B&Q (which this isn't, as far as I know). Also, the nozzle had snapped off at the base when it arrived, although it still screwed on fine and didn't affect anything. Having a bit that screws on the top of the nozzle so you can reuse is a nice touch.

When decorating you will need this as there willBe some cracks

The item has been sent to me without a screw top / lid to ensure that the caulk sealant doesn't dry / solidify after use. I have various similar sealant products from Wilko + B&Q etc and they all have lids. Please advise if this item should be supplied with one?
