This pouch is very well made for the price. The capacity seemed questionable at first, but if you stage the items just right, it will fit quite a bit. I managed to put the following supplies into this pouch...a CAT 7 tourniquet and a marker, a chem light, and trauma shears on the outside pockets, on the inside i have a twin pack of compact chest seals, a 4 inch flat pressure bandage, a survival blanket, a swat-t tourniquet, an npa tube, compressed gauze, quik clot gauze, some flat tape, a mini roll of duct tape, two pairs of gloves, a multi tool, and a mini flashlight. I also put a small boo boo kit under the cords on the front. I would highly recommend this pouch to anyone looking for a lower cost pouch to build out their own ifak.

It’s pretty big. Easy to access quickly. Feels durable. The interior layout took a minute to figure out but know that I have everything in it it’s just about perfect.

Perfect for a trauma ifak. Able to fit a lot more than you would imagine, and the bungee on the outside allows for one more large item to be secured with the bag.

This pouch is designed for quick access to emergency first aid items. It does not "tear away" it quickly zips down. It works well attached to a pack. The zippers work well and have not snagged during testing. It is very easy to access "emergency items" I would not keep boo boo items in this. For back country hiking I would keep a tourniquet on the outside, Israeli bandage, quick clot bandage, guaze, a foldable splint with an elastic wrap. You can't fit an EMT kit in this thing, in fact this pouch is smaller than other first aid pouches I have, but the items that will fit, you will be happy that you have if you need them. The color matches my other ocp gear well if you are wondering.

Excellent build. Zippers are quality. I use this pack all the time. I swap it from one pack to another easily. Tight and compact for my shoulder strap or thigh strap.

This is a great product !!!Will carry all of my IFAK supplies, and even more !!!I sprayed it down with waterproofing spray, but the water will make it through the zippers, so ensure your supplies are waterproofed before storing them in there.I use it for one of my EDC packs, because I take 4 tourniquets and 2 sets of emergency shears, and several Isreali bandages, and rolls of "curlex".

A really good med pouch overall. Unfortunately mine came with a lose button on the pouch, not the molle strap. I used "Shoe Goo" glue and glued the button back down. So far it has held together during training.Aside from that issue, it is a really good design and can hold a surprising amount of gear on such a small package. I would recommend this product, even with the button issues.

This small Tigris pouch is a SUPER design with quality materials! I love all the different sections onecan put items.......it is truly an amazing bag!
